So you were in an accident whats next? 

  • File a claim with the at fault persons insurance

  • Provide claim information when you stop in for the estimate and we will handle the back and forth for insurance.

The insurance company is advising you need to use their approved repair facility. Is this true?

  • The answer is no in the state of Colorado you have the right to choose your repair facility.

The insurance company is advising their shops provide a limited lifetime warranty

  • We provide the same warranty to our customers

The insurance company is saying you'll be responsible for any additional expenses. 

  • Not true, we handle the supplement process with the insurance company directly all approvals will be honored to the customer.

I'll need a rental car. How does that work?

  • Call the at-fault insurance company and set up a rental (it's owed to you!)

  • If it's your insurance covering the repairs, and you have coverage, call them, and they will set up the reservation.

Will the rental car company meet me at the body shop?

  • -Absolutely both enterprise and hertz will pick you up from our location and take you to your rental vehicle as long as the location closest to you is selected!

My cars now done how do I return my rental ?

  • This is the easiest part! Both enterprise and hertz allow you to drop the vehicle to us at completion! No need for a ride back and forth! They will pickup the car after you have left with yours!
